Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 7 – 14 business days.
- Please note that handmade ceramics and candles may take longer to prepare depending on the number of pieces for shipping.
Shipping Methods
- We use multiple shipping carrier services for domestic and international shipping depending on size and location of the order.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, size, and destination.
Delivery Times
- Domestic: 3-4 business days after the order is dispatched.
- International: 15-20 business days after the order is dispatched.
Tracking
You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Packaging
- We use a sturdy box specifically designed for shipping fragile items.
- Each piece is individually wrapped in bubble wrap or paper fill making sure to cover all surfaces.
- We add layer of packing peanuts or paper fill at the top and bottom of the box to prevent movement during transit.
- Seal the box securely with packing tape.
- Clearly label the box as “Fragile” for extra care during shipping.
We take great care in packaging our ceramics and candles to ensure safe arrival.
Please inspect your package carefully upon arrival and report any damage to us within 5 days.
International Shipping
- Please note that international shipping rates may vary.
- We are not responsible for customs or import fees.
